Hi, I’m Elysia Buss, a medical massage therapist, visionary consultant, transformative confidence coach, and lifelong healer.
I’ve been giving massages since I was five years old. That early love for helping others led me to become a nationally certified licensed massage therapist in 2002 after attending the Ashmead School of Massage in Seattle. Since then, I’ve pursued countless continuing education courses to expand my expertise, including medical massage for the neck, low back, and extremities; trigger point therapy, sports massage, zero polarity therapy, pregnancy massage, professional ethics, and animal massage.
I also trained at the Northwest School of Animal Massage, becoming a licensed massage therapist for both large and small animals. I hold national board certification in massage therapy, a reflection of my dedication to excellence and ethical care.
In addition to my massage therapy background, I hold a BA and Master’s degree in education, a Waldorf teaching certificate, and a postgraduate degree in equine-assisted learning. My experience as an elementary and middle school teacher taught me how to guide others through growth with structure, compassion, and lasting impact.
These foundations support my work as a transformational coach. I help clients strengthen their self-worth, create healthier boundaries, and communicate with confidence. As a result, they reduce toxic dynamics, improve relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
