Deep Tissue Massage

30-90 min minutes: $65-$185

First responders, and Veterans receive 50% off their first massage. My starting price is $130/hour.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Myofascial Release

30-90 min minutes: $65-$185

First responders, and Veterans receive 50% off their first massage. My starting price is $130/hour.

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.  Myofascial release is integrated into every massage therapy session.

Equine Massage

1-3 hours: $150-$280

Horses have tightness and pain in their body just like people do.  Often times the tightness in a horses body matches that of the rider, as horses will often times compensate for imbalance in the rider so as a team they can work in synergy.  Poor saddle fit, and poor carriage can increase pain and tightness in the horses body, which can result in bucking, a cold back, poor range of motion, refusal, and being cinchy to name a few.  I'm happy to massage your horse and help increase it's performance, and your safety; as well as teach you how to massage your own horse to help keep it as healthy and happy as possible. It works best when I can bring my massage table out to your place or the stable they're kept at and work on both horse and rider. Ideally, I'd watch you ride before so I can assess how you're holding your body on the horse while riding and where to focus, and immediately after just for a few minutes to be able to truly feel the difference.

$150 if just the horse, $280 for horse and rider. Discounts available if there are multiple people and horses on location to be worked on.

Scalp massage

15-30 minutes: $30-$60

I can usually get rid of a headache in 15-30 minutes. Sometimes we just want someone to relieve the tension in our heads and neck.  The scalp massages are to help people with tension headaches or to just let go of the stress of the day.  People don't receive enough nurturing in this world. 15-30 minutes available of scalp massage as an add on or you can just call ahead to see if I'm at the office and you can stop by last minute.

Sports Massage

30-90 min minutes: $65-$185

First responders, and Veterans receive 50% off their first massage. My starting price is $130/hour.

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports can be harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.
